You should have received an email with your gallery link and password. Click the link and enter the password when prompted.
PLEASE NOTE: You must be on a computer to download your image and you ,may only download your prepaid image ONCE.
Your welcome page will have a thumbnail view of each image in your gallery.
Click on the first image and you will see a download button on top--this is for your prepaid image and can only be used ONCE. Please make sure you only click this on the computer you wish to save the images and the image you want. IT CAN ONLY BE USED ONCE! The cost to reset a download is $25, so please be sure you are ready to download when you click download button.
You will also see the option to order additional images on the right. I'll explain that later.
The system will ask you to confirm your prepaid download on a pop up window. Remember this can only be done once! Click download when you are sure this is the image you want and you are on the computer you wish to save it to.
If you try to download an image and get this message it means you have already downloaded your pre-paid image. Contact DeAnn if you get this message. The cost to reset a download is $25, so please be sure you are ready to download when you click download button.
You can then navigate to the other images to purchase additional poses. Just click the shopping cart sign to the right of the page to add them to your cart. You can either continue shopping or Checkout.
Once you have added all additional images you may follow the check out process. Once you have paid for your images you will be given a download link to download the remaining images.
If you check out using PayPal, you will then go to your receipt. In your receipt is a download link to your image. Underneath the image/gallery name. Again do not click this link until you are at the computer you wish to download your image to.
If you elect to mail a check, your download link will be e-mailed to you upon receipt.
If your gallery contains more than four images, it may be more cost effective to order all images at once. Simply click the Buy All Button and your may purchase all images for $100. Follow the standard checkout procedure.
